Programs & Services
[/fusion_title][fusion_text]Mitchell & Area Community Outreach provides a wide range of community and home support services to seniors, the disabled and those recuperating from injury, illness and accident in the Municipality of West Perth so that they are able to remain living independently in their homes. This support also helps family and friends in their role as caregiver, and fosters strong, supportive communities. Services are provided by professional staff and dedicated volunteers who recognize one’s wish to remain in their chosen place of residence as long as possible.
